Capital Landscaping was asked to build a bocce ball court and putting green. We also built a waterfall that flows under the court with limestone steps leading you into both courts.

For this project we addedd an outdoor kitchen and patio space to the pool area. We custom built a grill center using natural limestone and a paver patio with stone made to look like natural stone.

The clients asked Capital Landscaping to remove the limestone that was deteriorating and had a negative grade towards the house. We added 2 elevated patios off each door with steps down to the new lower patio. The project was designed to keep with the character of the house and neighborhood. In the spring of 2010 we added the flagstone pathway and a new flower bed.

Capital Landscaping was brought in to replace the timber walls, steps, and the brick pathway leading to the front door. The wall block used is a product that has a look of stacked limestone. We also were able to re-use their old bricks as an edger for the new pavers.

Capital Landscaping was asked to add a patio off the existing deck with a new space for the hot tub. We also added a fireplace and surrounded the patio with walls built at sitting height to accommodate more seating.

The existing deck was falling apart and needed replaced. Capital Landscaping designed a new raised patio surrounded by both limestone and boulder walls. This patio was constructed with a new Belgard product called Mega-Arbel to give to look of natural flagstone.

We designed a new patio to finish an area with a recent addition. Patio was constructed with the new Belgard product called Mega-Arbel stone to mimic the look of natural flagstone.

The old front stoop was sinking an was no longer level. In keeping with the style of the home Capital Landscaping designed a new limestone and paver stoop.

We designed a new landscape to add curb appeal to a home without any landscaping. We added plants that will give them a lot of colorful blooms, along with a boulder fountain and landscape lighting.

Capital Landscaping was asked by the homeowner to design around the existing pool and tennis court. We added natural stone stairs with a bridge so that the waterfall flows under the stairs to the opposite side before falling into 2 levels of ponds. We also added boulder walls and new plants around the entire property.
